CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments represent a significant time commitment, and we strive to offer flexible scheduling options to meet our clients’ needs. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we ask that you contact your clinician or our office as soon as possible if you need to adjust your schedule.
Appointments canceled less than 24 in advance will incur a $25 Late Cancellation Fee, and missed appointments without notice will incur a $50 No Show Fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.
Repeated or missed appointments may result in the loss of a regular time slot; after two consecutive missed sessions, future appointments may be scheduled on a week to week basis. If we are unable to reach you to reschedule, you will receive a discharge notice within 14-30 days of your last contact with your clinician.
Please note that Medicaid recipients are exempt from these fees by state law.
