Important: Darby Creek Counseling does not initiate contact with referred clients. Professional referring clients are responsible for ensuring their clients are aware they must reach out to us to begin the intake process.
Submitting a referral does not substitute the intake process. Referred clients are required to complete the necessary intake paperwork, available on our website, in order to become clients.
